Box material:

(1) The test box is welded with light gray PVC plate; The temperature resistance is 85 ℃, and the structure is firm.

(2) The test chamber cover is made of imported transparent acrylic impact resistant plate, and the inner and outer edges are thickened to prevent distortion and deformation due to long-term high temperature.

(3) The concealed integrated reagent barrel is easy to clean and operate.

(4) The pressure air tank is made of SUS # 304 stainless steel high pressure and temperature resistant reagent, with good heating, humidifying and thermal insulation effects.

(5) The test sample rack adopts the plane indexing type. The angle of 15 ° and 30 ° can be adjusted at will. The fog falls evenly on all sides, and the fog is completely consistent. The test results are accurate, and the number of test samples is large.

1 . Materials used

a. The test case body is made of light grey impact resistant PVC plate, with a thickness of 5mm and a durable temperature of 85 ℃. (Taiwan South Asia card). The thickness of three-dimensional reinforcement around the edge is 10mm, and the structure is firm.

b. The cover of the laboratory is sealed with PVC impact resistant plate with a thickness of 5 mm, which will not distort when used at high temperature. The inner and outer layers of the edge are thickened to prevent distortion due to long-term high temperature. 15mm thick

c. Concealed integrated reagent refill bottle, easy to clean and operate.

d. The saturated air tank is made of SUS # 304 stainless steel high pressure resistant tank, which has good thermal insulation effect (Taiwan Taizhan Electric Heating)

e. The sample placing platform is made of 8mm temperature resistant ABS plate, which has strong bearing capacity. The test sample rack is of plane indexing type, which can be adjusted at any angle. The fog falls evenly on all sides, and the fog is completely consistent. The test results are accurate, and the number of test samples is large. (can be customized according to customer product requirements)

2 . spray system

a. Adopt Bernoult principle to absorb salt water and then atomize it. The atomization degree is uniform and there is no blocking crystallization phenomenon, which can ensure the standard of continuous testing

b. Nozzle: it is made of special glass nozzle, which can adjust the size and angle of spray

c. The spray volume is adjustable from 1 to 2ml / h (the average volume is obtained after 16 hours of testing according to the standard of ml / 80cm2 / h). The metering cylinder is installed in an embedded way, with beautiful and neat appearance, convenient observation and reduced instrument installation space

d. Spray mode: continuous spray

3 . Air supply system

a. The first section is roughly adjusted to 2Kg/cm2, and the inlet air filter is provided with drainage function

b. The second section is a 1 Kg/cm2, 1/4 pressure gauge with precise and accurate display

4 . Heating system

a. The direct heating mode is adopted, with fast heating speed and reduced standby time. When the temperature reaches, the constant temperature state is automatically switched, with accurate temperature and low power consumption. Pure titanium heating tube, acid and alkali resistant, with long service life

5 . Control system

a. Both the laboratory and the pressure tank adopt liquid crystal double digit character temperature controller, which has the function of microcomputer automatic calculation, and the control error is ± 1.0 ℃ (2 in Japan). The circuit board is treated with moisture-proof and anti-corrosion, with high precision and long service life

b. Liquid expansion safety temperature controller 0~120 ℃ (1 Italian EGO) is adopted for the heating tank in the laboratory

c. LCD digital display time controller, power failure memory function 0.1S~999hr (Japan OMRON 1)
