Operation steps:

→ carefully cover the surface of the paint film with paper, clamp it between the conical shaft and the operating rod, and clamp the fixing plate.

→ bend the test plate along the conical axis with the manual operating lever

→ bend the sample 180 degrees with uniform force within 15 seconds

→ remove the paper and check the crack of the paint film

→ record the location of the crack and measure the distance from the crack to the smallest side of the bending shaft diameter

→ the extension value of the paint film can be judged in the correction curve

Description:
