Description:

It is a mechanical viscometer, which can measure rheological parameters, as well as technical parameters such as action, static shear force, fluidity index and consistency coefficient. The operating principle of the machine is that the motor is used as the power. During the measurement, the drilling fluid sample is injected into the annular space between the float and the outer sleeve. The motor drives the rotor to connect the outer sleeve to rotate at a certain speed. The rotation of the outer sleeve in the sample will exert a certain torque on the float, and the rotation is reflected on the dial by the reaction force of the torsion spring. (rotation 1 º is equivalent to 3.68 × 10-5 N·m.) The final viscosity is calculated by the formula. Znn-d6 six speed rotary viscometer has six rotational speeds: 3R / min, 6 R / min, 100 R / min, 200 R / min, 300 R / min and 600 R / min.
